N.Y. Wills Vol. 11 page 470 Sophia M. ALDRICH of Ellery Will dated 14 June 1894 Probated: 10 Dec 1896 Last Will and Testament I, Sophia M. Aldrich of the Town of Ellery, County of Chautauqua and State of New York, do make ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say: First. I direct the payment of my just debts, if any. Second. I give and devise and bequeath unto Jane Haskins the sum of Five hundred dollars (said Jane Haskins is wife of A. A. Haskins). Third. I give and bequeath unto Aaron A. Haskins of the Town of Ellery aforesaid the sum of Five hundred dollars. Fourth. I give and bequeath unto Hattie E. Hale, married daughter of said A. A. and Jane Haskins one hundred and fifty dollars. Fifth. I give and bequeath unto Alice A. Haskins, daughter of said A. A. and Jane Haskins One hundred and fifty dollars. Sixth. I give and bequeath unto I. Belle Hooper married daughter of said A. A. and Jane Haskins One hundred and fifty dollars. Sixth. All the rest residue and remainder of my property of every name and kind I give and bequeath unto all the children of said I. Belle Hooper to be divided equally between them share and share alike. Likewise. I make constitute and appoint said Aaron A. Haskins of the Town of Ellery aforesaid, to be sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Fourteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety four. Sophia M. Aldrich L.S. The above partly written and partly printed instrument was subscribed by the said Sophia M. Aldrich in pur presence, and acknowledge by her to each of us, and she at the same time declared the above instrument so subscribed by her to be her last Will and Testament, and we at her request sign our names as attesting witnesses hereto in her presence, and in the presence of each other and written opposite our names our respective places of residence.
