Second: To my wife Nancy Cochrane the use of all my property both personal and real estate during her natural life, then to be divided between my two daughters Jenny Cook of Ripley Chautauqua County N.Y. and Mary Ann Hichcock of Ripley, Chautauqua County, N.Y. share and share alike, and I do constitute and appoint my wife Nancy sole Executrix, of this my last Will and Testament. Likewise: I make constitute and appoint Nancy Cochrane to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Fourth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred ninety four. (October 4, 1894).
