NY Will Book Vol. 11 page 413 transcribed from SAMPUBCO copy Will of Joseph Corell The last Will and Testament of Joseph Corell of the Town of Portland County of Chautauqua, and State of New York I Joseph Corell aware of the uncertainty of life, do make ordain publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say: After the payment of my funeral charges, the expenses of administrating my estate, and my lawful debts, I give devise and bequeath my property as follows: To Hattie O Corell $600.00, Six hundred dollars, To Mary E. Currey Four hundred dollars, To Worthy Corell, if living Two hundred dollars, To Jessie Conner one hundred dollars. And the land which I now own 13 1/2 acres, if not sold while I live to be sold by the Executrix, one third payed to my wife, and the remainder equally divided between my four children, Mary Eva and Hattie and H. Leslie Correll. Likewise, I make constitute and appoint Hattie O. Correll, and in case of her death then Eva A. Correll to be Executrix of my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
