I William A. Corell of the Town of Portland County of Chautauqua and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, ordain publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following that is to say: First After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath all of my personal property to my wife Sarah M. Corell without reserve. Second. I give to my wife Sarah M. Corell the use of all my real estate during her life time. Third. After her death my real estate shall be disposed of as follows; I hereby order my land divided into two equal parts the dividing line shall run north and south making an east half and a west half thereof, after which I give and bequeath to my son William W. Corell the east half of my farm so divided without reserve. Fourth. I give and bequeath to my daughter Lucy A. Corell the west half of my farm so divided without reserve. Fifth. The buildings on my farm after the death of my wife, Sarah M. Corell shall be equally divided as near as may be , between my son William W. Corell and my daughter Lucy A. Corell. Sixth. If the Executor of this my last Will and Testament herein after appointed by me should die or become incompetent to act my daughter Lucy A. Corell if then living shall act as my Executor thereafter as though originally appointed by me. If at any time during the lifetime of my wife Sarah M. Corell it should become necessary for her support and proper maintainance and to use upon than my personal property and the use of my farm, she my said wife shall have the full rights and privilege, and she is hereby fully empromise to sell about twelve acres of land off of the south end of my farm for that purpose and that only. Likewise I make constitute and appoint my wife Sarah M. Corell to be my Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness thereof I have hereunto subscribe my name and affixed my seal the 28th day of May in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven. Willaim A. Correll L.S. We, whose names are hereto subscribed, do certify that William A. Corell the Testator subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence, and in the presence of each of us, and at the same time he declared in our presence and hearing that the same was his last Will and Testament, and requested us and each of us, to sign our names thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof and which we hereby do in the presence of the Testator and of each other this 28th day of May 1897, and the day of the date of the said Will, and write opposite our names our respective places of residence.
