I give and bequeath and devise to my wife Lorinda Cobb, her heirs and assignees forever all my property both real and personal out of which she is to pay all my just debts and the expense of settling my estate and the following legacies, to wit: To my son Lewis Cobb the sum of two hundred dollars to be paid to him when he arrives at the age of twenty one years. To my daughter Fidelia S. Cobb the sum of fifty dollars to be paid to her when she arrives at the age of twenty one years. To my youngest daughter Martha Julianna Cobb the sum of fifty dollars to be paid to her when she arrives at the age of twenty one years. I do hereby appoint my wife Lorinda Cobb the guardian of my children above mentioned until they respectively attain to the age of twenty one years. I do hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Lorinda Cobb, the sole executrix of this my last will and testament. Written by my hand and seal this 29th day of January 1855. William Cobb S.S.
