First I give and devise unto my daughter Sally Eby, the wife of Aaron Eby, lot number one, as described by the map or plan of the north part of my farm, in said town, of Portland, hereinto annexed Second I give & devise unto my daughter Elizabeth Freeman, the wife of George Freeman, Lot number two, as laid down or described on said map or plan annexed Third I give & devise unto my son James Conner. Lot numbert three as described on said map or plan, annexed Fourth I give & devise unto my daughter Nancy Burton, the widow of Willard Burton deceased, lot number four, as described on said map or plan annexed. Fifth I give & devise unto my son Ezra Conner, lot number five, as described on said map or plan annexed. Sixth I give & devise unto my son Dan Conner, lot number six as described on said map, or plan annexed. Seventh I give & devise unto my son Henry Conner lot number seven as described on said map, or plan annexed. Eighth I give & devise unto my son, John F. Conner, lot number eight as described on said map or plan annexed. Ninth I give devise & bequeath unto my son David Conner all the rest of residue of my said farm, or real estate, & all of my household furniture. Tenth I give & bequeath unto my daughter Mary Van Curen, the wife of Abraham VanCuren, the sum of twenty dollars. Eleventh I give & bequeath unto my daughter Margaret Rick, the wife of Philip Rick the sum of twenty dollars. Twelfth I do hereby nominate & appoint my friend & neighbor Benjamin F. Paor Executor of this my last will & testament, & kinly(?) expressly revoke all & every former will by me made, & I do kinly (?) direct my Executor to sell all my personal property not herein bequeathed (& except debt due me, at public auction, as soon after my decease as may be, & from the proceeds thereof, & of the demands due me to pay the two legacies of twenty dollars each, & all just demands against me, funeral charges & expenses of settling the estate, the balance left, after paying the said demands, charges & expenses, to be divided equally among all my children herein named.
