Brown, Ebenezer Charlotte 4-54 Source: Transcribed from Sampubco copy I, Ebenezer Brown of the town of Charlotte county of Chautauqua and state of New York being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making null and void all former last Wills and Testaments and writings in the nature of last Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made. My will is first: I give and bequeath to my Daughter Caroline Brown all my real estate of every description that I now own. Secondly: I give and dispose to my daughter Caroline Brown all my personal property, goods and chattels whatsoever, that I am possessed of or may be possessed of at the time of my decease. In testimony whereof the said Ebenezer Brown have here subscribed my name and affixed my seal this twenty second day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Ebenezer Brown S.S.
