All the rents and profits of my property to be placed in the hands of my wife Lucinda to be used in paying such debts as may be owing and for the maintenance of herself and such of my family as may need it and for the education of my minor children. Fourth On my son Willard P. Scriven arriving at the age of twenty one years or sooner in case of his death, I desire that all my property(other than the place on which I now reside and which I have bequeathed to my wife Lucinda) to be sold and the proceeds to be divided as follows: to wit: my beloved wife Lucinda to have three thousand dollars. My son Willard P. Scriven to have two hundred and twenty dollars. My two youngest daughters Ellen C. and Rozene/Rogene(?) I hereby declare ___(?) within to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
