I, Jarvis Bennett of Villenova Chaut. Co. NY being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transiting life, do therefore make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say: After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath to my Grand son Albert Bennett all my personal property of every name or nature, to be paid and delivered to him when he arrives at the age of twenty one years and to be held for him by my Executor until that time. I make constitute and appoint Waterman Bennett of Villenova NY to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 28 day of April in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven.
