Cobb, my Mare, the only one that I now own, my Mowing Machine and my interest in a set of Bob Sleds that were made or got up by the said Nathan and myself. Second, I give and bequeath to my daughter Eliza M. Newton a certain One Hundred Dollar Note that I now hold against her husband Spencer Newton., also one feather bed, the one that I am now in and is the best that I have. Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my son Charles A. Cobb the one half of a certain piece of black full cloth that I now have in the house. I also give and bequeath the said Charles A. my watch. Fourth, I give and bequeath to my son Clarance J. Cobb my other and only remaining feather bed, also the other half of the above mentioned black full cloth. Fifth, I give and bequeath to my four children above mentioned all the rest residue and remainder of my property, both Real and Personal that I may die seized of possessed or in any manner entitled to be divided between them, share and share alike to have and to hold the same they, their heirs and assignees forever. Likewise, I make constitute and appoint the above mentioned Nathan C. Cobb and Orsin R. Weatherly to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Tenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eighteen hundred and seventy seven. Richmond Cobb, L.S. The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at the date thereof subscribed by Richmond Cobb in the presence of us and each of us, he at the time of making such subscription, acknowledge that he made the same and declared the said instrument is subscribed by him to be his last Will and Testament.
