I Lucina Town of Arkwright Chautauqua County and State of New York aged 77
years, being of sound mind and memory; and considering the uncertainty of this
frail and transitory life do therefore make, ordain, publish, and declare,
this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say;

First:

After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged I give and bequeath and
devise to my son Lewis D. Town the equal undivided one half of all that
certain parcel of land situate in the Town aforesaid (formerly in the town of
Villenova) containing twenty five acres more or less and particularly
described in a certain Deed from Bethuel Harvey and wife to Lucina Town and
Bethuel H. Town by Deed dated July 29 1828 and Recorded Oct 9 1839 in Liber 28
of Deeds page 110 to which Deed reference is here made.

Likewise:

I make, constitute and appoint the said Lewis D. Town to be Executor of this
my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In Witness Where of I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal
this Twenty-third (23rd) day of January in the year of our Lord on thousand
eight hundred and seventy four.

The above written instrument was subscribed by the said Lucina Town in our
presence and acknowledged by her to each of us; and she at the same time
declared the above instrument so subscribed to be her last Will and Testament;
and we at her request, have signed our names as witnesses hereto, in her
presence and in the presence of each other and written opposite our names and
respective places of residence.

Recorded the foregoing last Will and Testament of Lucina Town deceased and
compared the same with the original Will this 17th day of September 1883.
