Aldrich of the Village of Kennedy, Chautauqua County and State of New York being of sound mind and memory, do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament that is to say: First After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband George A. Aldrich for and during the term of his natural ife, the ful use occupation and benefit of all my property, both real and personal for his support, and maintainance, and to be used by him for the suport and maintainance and education of his and our children, including our adopted daughter Anna Grace; hereby giving to my said husband full power to sell and invest said property or any part thereof, and to use the same in any manner which to him may seem best and with ful power to use as much thereof besides the interest or income thereof as may be necessary for the support and maintenance of himself and for the support maintenance and educatio nof his and our children as aforesaid. Second At the death of my said husband, all the remaining portion of my estate I hereby direct to be divided equally between my children Alice M. Pratt, Carrie E. Waite, Irene May Aldrich, and our said adopted daughter Anna Grace Aldrich share and share alike, and in case of the death of either of the above named legatees previous to the time when this devise shall take effect and herein specified, the portion to which such deceased legatee would be entitled if living shall be paid to the next o fkin of such deceased person; provided however that in case the said adopted daughter Anna Grace shall die without leaving issue being, then in such case the portion which would by the terms of this devise to to said Anna Grace if living, shall be divided equally between the other legatees or devisees herein named, or to their next of kin as hereinbefore directed. Likewise, I make constitute and appoint my said husband George A. Aldrich to be sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 23rd day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty. Huldah S. Aldrich. L.S. The above instrument, consisting of one sheet was at the date thereof subscribed by Huldah S. Aldrich in the presence of us and each of us, she at the time of making said subscription, acknowledged that she executed the same, and declared the said instrument so subscribed by her to be her last Will and Testament, whereupon on at her request, and in her presence and the presence of each other do subscribe our names as witnesses hereto.
