I give devise and bequeath to my husband Cyrenus C. Beebe the use of all my real and personal estate during his natural life, and if the use of my real estate, and the income from my personal estate shall be insufficient for his comfortable support and maintainance [sic], then my Executor hereinafter named is authorized and allowed to expend so much of the principal of my personal estate for that purpose as the use of my real estate and the income of my personal estate shall be insufficient to pay. My real estate is not to be sold during the lifetime of my husband nor is my personal goods and household furniture to be sold or otherwise disposed of during the lifetime of my husband, but the same are to be kept and used for his comfort and support during his life. 2. In case of either of my sons hereinafter named shall be sick or otherwise come to want without suitable means for his support during the life time of my husband, then my Executor hereinafter named may apply such part of my personal estate as may be sufficient for his support and maintainance and necessary therefor, after expending the use of my real, and the income of my personal estate. 3. I give devise and bequeath to my two sons John Chapin Beebe and Merriman Alanson Beebe all my estate that shall remain unexpended at the decease of my husband, to be equally divided between them share and share alike. 4. I also give devise and bequeath to my husband Cyrenus C. Beebe the bed that he sleeps on and the pillows, with ten sheets, and one third of the pillow cases, and the bed quilts that have his name on, and one third of the table cloths and towels, nine knives and forks that are steel, six spoons, five plated tea spoons, and the flowered carpet and the dresser stand 5. I also give devise and bequeath to my son John Chapin Beebe the bed he sleeps on and the pillows with ten sheets, one third of the pillow cases and the bed quilts that have his name on, one third of the table cloths and towels, six table spoons and six tea spoons, like his forks and six knives. 6. I also give devise and bequeath to my son Merriman Alanson Beebe the Parlor bed, bedstead and pillows, ten sheets and one third of the pillow cases, and the bed quilts that have his name on, one third of the table cloths and towels, six German silver tea spoons, six table spoons and six knives and forks. 7. I hereby nominate and appoint Wm H. Cipperly to be the sole Executor of this Will. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of October 1882. Mary Ann Beebe L.S. The foregoing instrument was at the date thereof subscribed by the Testatrix therein named, in our presence, and was at the same time declared to be her last Will and Testament, and we at her request and in her presence have subscribed our names hereto as witnesses. John Nichols Havila Nichols Estella Cipperly Recorded the foregoing last Will and Testament of Mary Ann Beebe deceased and compared the same with the original Will this 21st day of September 1885.
