First. I give to Mary E. Cook daughter of Amelia Cook the sum of fifty dollars. Second. I give to Silas B. Henry and William C. Henry, sons of my son W.P. Henry fifty dollars each. Third. I give to Fanny Guiles a child of my daughter Harriett Guiles the sum of fifty dollars. Fourth. The like sum of fifty dollars I give to Minnie Guiles another child of said Harriett. Fifth. I give and will to Mary E. Deuce daughter of my child Sophronia the sum of fifty dollars. Sixth. To my daughter Amelia Cook I give and will the sum of Three hundred dollars in payment of all claims which she may have against my estate and absolutely. Seventh. All my debts and my funeral expenses not to exceed the sum of fifty dollars for tombstones for myself and wife shall first be paid by my Executor. Eighth. All the rest residues and remainder of my said property of every kind I give, devise and bequeath to my son William Perry Henry forever and in any want a certain note of above one hundred dollars and a certain Bond and Mortgage to Julius Gould from Wm. Perry Henry (said note made by W. Perry Henry) and given to said W. Perry Henry and discharged and payment thereof remitted. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirty first day of December 1873. Signed with an X by William Henry, witnessed by J.G. Record. The above instrument consisting of one sheet of paper was at the date thereof signed by the said William Henry in our presence and at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
