My Executor hereinafter named is required to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses out of my estate. 2. I give and devise to my wife Elizabeth the use of the north sixty acres of my farm in Arkwright together with the use of all my farming tools, implements and carriages of every kind with all my household goods and furniture and teams with the appurtenances during her natural life to be accepted by her and received by her in lieu of a year 3. I give and devise to my two children Flora Elvina Hutton and Willis Chandler Cobb the use of twenty acres of the south part of my farm with the appurtenances to be shared by them equally until two years after the decease of my wife. 4. At and after the decease of my wife, I give and devise to my two children named in the preceding third clause of this will and to their respective heirs and assignees forever to be equally divided between them all my real estate consisting of eighty acres of land being the same land mentioned in the preceding portions of this Will, but none of this land shall be divided or disposed until two years after the decease of my wife. 5. The remainder of my personal if any shall be disposed of according to the laws of the State of New York in cases of intestacy. 6. I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Elizabeth to be the Executor of this Will. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th day of August 1878. Chandler Cobb, L. S. The foregoing instrument was at the date thereof subscribed by Chandler Cobb, the Testator herein named in our presence and was at the same time declared by him to be his last Will and Testament and at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names hereto as witnesses.
