Woolever, husband Catherine E. Barnes, Emily Ennis, Franklin P. Woolever, children, all of Van Etten, Chemung Co., NY Greselle Woolever, child, Cayuta, Schuyler Co., NY Dwight Woolever, child, Lebanon, Penna. All of full age and sound mind, who constitute all the heirs of law and next of kin of said deceased. In the name of God, Amen. I, RACHEL WOOLEVER, wife of JASON P. WOOLEVER of the town of Van Etten, Chemung County being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail, and transitory life do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament, that is to say: First. After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath to my dear children Catharine Elizabeth Barnes, Gresille Woolever, Dwight Woolever, Emily Ennis, Frankin Woolever and Tyler Woolever all my real and personal estate of every kind and nature to be held by them, share and share alike. The above mentioned personal property partly consists of the following: six feather beds and the bedding, four cows, three young cattle, all the bars, all the household furniture in the house where I now reside, that now belongs to me. If any of the said above named children should die without living issue then and in that case, the said property shall be divided among the surviving children above mentioned. Likewise I make, constitute and appoint Dwight Woolever and Cyrus H. Barnes to be executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wllls by me made.
