Moss is scheduled at 11 A.M. Saturday at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Norwich, with the Rev. David Carter, Rector, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Moss, 46 Fair St., died late Wednesday (May 19, 1976) in Chenango Memorial Hospital. She was 82. Born October 1, 1893, in Norwich, she was the daughter of George and Clarissa McNITT McLagan. On September 3, 1921, in Norwich, she married Kirk W. Moss, who died May 7, 1972. A life-long resident of the area, she had been a well-known Norwich beautician, who owned and operated the Studio Beauty Shop, formerly located at 15 S. Broad St. She retired in 1971. Earlier she had worked for the Norwich Pharmacal Co. Mrs. Moss was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church and the auxiliaries to the Norwich Elks Club and the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. She is survived by two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Clara McLagan of Norwich and Mrs. Minnie McLagan of Guilford and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Five sisters, Addie Blood, Ernestine Hoffman, Maude Moses, Marian Sherman and Lydia McIntyre who preceded her in death as did four brothers, Percy, James, Kasson and Virgil McLagan. Friends may call at the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home from 7 to 9 P.M., Friday and memorial contribution may be made to the Heart Fund, Norwich, N.Y.
