I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Polly Aldridge all my estate both real and personal during the term of her natural life and then for her to dispose of the same as she shall think proper after my debts and all paid and discharged Item I do hereby authorize and appoint my wife Polly my executrix to see this my last will and testament executed and to carry any hereofinto effect and I do further make and deliver this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament and revoke all former or other which I have as might have made heretofore. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty first of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two Eber Aldrich L.S. Asa Hibbard Eber Graham Alvin Nevins Personal service notices to Ahaz Aldrich, Rebecca Gray, Ira Aldrich, Harvey Aldrich, Almira Aldrich, all of the state of New York more than fiften days previous to the 31st of July 1855. Service on all other heirs and next of kin of the said deceased being non residents of the State of New York by public publishing said citation once in each week for six subscription weeks in the Albany Evening Journal at Albany (State Paper) commencing on the 15th day of March 1855.
