I, Smith Aldrich, of Norwich, Chenango County, New York being of sound mind
and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament,
that is to say;

First. After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give, devise and
bequeath unto my wife Rhoda Ann Aldrich all my real and personal propertyof
every manner and nature and wherever situate, consisting for the most part of
a farm in Plymouth, NY, and personal property therein and personal property
now in the Bank at Norwich, N.Y. to be hers absolutely and without
reservation, except that all stock now on said farm raised since I left said
farm I give, and bequeath unto my son Charles W. Aldrich of Plymouth, N.Y.

Likewise, if in the judgment of my said wife it is best for her interests or
the interests of my said estate to sell my portion of my said real estate, I
give her full and complete authority to sell any part of the same, and give
propert conveyances thereof.

Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my said wife Rhoda Ann Aldrich to be
executrix of my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by
me made.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,
the 30th day of January in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety
three.
