The last will and Testament of Adin Aldrich of Sherburne in the county of
Chenango & State of New York.

I, Adin Aldrich considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of
sound mind and memory (blessed be Almighty God for the same) do make, and
publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following viz:

First I give and bequeath to my son Seth S. Aldrich all my real and freehold
estate, lying at Sherburne of the said county of Chenango providing the said
Seth S. Aldrich shall faithfully and fully pay the sum of money as hereafter
mentioned (viz)

to pay to my daughter Jane Dart of Hamilton in the county of Madison the wife
of Albert S. Dart the sum of three hundred dollars to be paid as follows one
half in one year after my decease and the other half in one year from the
first payment.

I do will and bequeath unto my dear beloved wife, Marilda Aldrich all my
household furniture, farming tools, meat, stock, horses, sheep and all of my
moveable property. I furthur appoint Seth S. Aldrich my sole administrator &
executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other and
former wills by me at any time time hereof made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 17th day of January
in the year of our Lord 1849.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said testator Adin Aldrich as
and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who have subscribed
our names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said testator
