Aldrich James K. Aldrich John B. Aldrich Mary F. Aldrich Daniel M. Aldrich Elias B. Aldrich Charman C. Aldrich Adolphus W. Aldrich In the name of God Amen, I, Alva p. Aldrich of the town of Plymouth in the County of Chenango and State of New York of the age of fifty years and being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say. First. I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Aldrich all my personal property of every name and nature whatsoever for the use of herself and family for the space of fourteen years from the date of this will. It is the design of the testator of this will that such members of the family aofresaid as shall respectively become twenty one years of age during the fourteen years above specified shall then adn thereafter cease to have any claims for maintainance or support from or out of said property above bequeathed. Second. I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Aldrich aforesaid all that tract or parcel of land situated int he town of Plymouth, County of Chenango and state of New York being part of lot No. fifty eight beginning at the south west corner of said lot thence east eighty feet thence north sixty feet thence west eighty feet thence south sixty feet to the place of beginning be the same more or less. Also all that other piece or pacel of land situate in the town county and state aforesaid, known and distinguished on a map made by John Keirstead of lands of John J. Aston as lot No. ten in great lot no. sixty three containing about ninety two acres of land be the same or or less. Also al that the tract or parcel of land situate in the town county and state aforesaid being the south half of lot no. two in Great lot no. fifty eight according to John Keirsted's survey, the north line of said lot to be the line running east and west through the center of said lot together with all and singular the hereditaments and appertenances therewith belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to have hold the same or above described herein and every part and parcel thereof for the space of fourteen years from the date hereafter for the use and benefit of herself and family and subject to the same conditions in reference to the children becoming of age as are continued int he aforesaid bequest of the personal property of the said testator. Third. After the right of dower to my wife Mary Aldrich is satisified, I give and bequeath the remainder of my real and personal estate to the then living members of the family giving to each son twice the sum that each daughter shall receive. Fourth and Lastly. I do hereby appoint my wife Mary to be administratrix and Jonathan Evans to be administrator of my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills or testaments by me made. In witiness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of February in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine. Alva P.
