Aldrich of Plymouth probated 9 June 1900 I, Charles H. Aldrich of Plymouth, Chenango County, NY being of sound mind and memory, do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say. First. After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Frances R. Aldrich the sum of two hundred fifthy dollars annually from and after my death, to be paid to her semi-annually by my executors hereinafter named. Also all my furniture, beds, bedding and household goods of every nature, such annuity and the property of this clause mentioned to be in lieu of her dower interest and statutory rights in my property and estate. Second. I give and bequeath to my brother Albertus Aldrich my share and interest in the two horses owned by us together known as "Kit" and "Tom", also the buggy pole and the light double harness. Third. I give and bequeath to my son Arthur D. Aldrich my share and interest in the yearling colt owned by me and my brother Albertus. Fourth, all the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate I give devise and bequath to my son Arthur D. Aldrich and my daughter Gertrude M. Guile equally share and share alike subject to the payment of said $250 yearly to my wife. And I hereby give to my executors hereinafter named full power and authority in their discretion to mortgage lease sell or exchange and dispose of any of the real estate of which I may die seized or in which I may have an interest. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my son Arthur D. Aldrich and my daughter Gertrude M. Guile to be executor and executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
