In the name of God amen:
I Roswell Wilson of the Town of Plattsburgh in the County of Clinton and State
of New York being weak in body but blessed be God, of sound mind and memory do
make and publish this my last will and testament as follows, that is to say:

Firstly  I will my body to the dust and my soul to God as he gave it.

Secondly  As to my worldly property after my funeral charges and just debts
shall be paid, I give devise and bequeath all my estate real and personal in
possession or in action in revision or remainder with the here instrument (?)
and assurances (?) unto issues and profits Thereof to my beloved Wife, Mary
Wilson To have and to hold the same to her need and to her health and assigns
forseen to and for her and their own proper use benefit and behalf forever.

Thirdly  if my personal Estate shall prove insufficient for the payment of my
funeral charges and debts (of which my Executrix herein after named shall be
the sole and absolute judge in her able discretion) then she (my said
Executrix) shall have power to sell and dispose of all or such portion of my
real Estate as shall in her opinion be sufficient to make up the deficiency
and to Execute the proper conveyance for that purpose.

Fourthly  I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Mary Wilson the
sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former
Wills by me made.  Signed Sealed published and declared as and for my last
Last Will and Testament this Twenty fourth Day of January in the Year of Our
Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirtytwo in the prescence of William F.
Haile Plattsburgh, Clinton County State of New York, George Beckwith of the
same place - who subscribed this Will as Witnesses therunto in consequence of
my request.

Surrogate Court}  Be it remembered that on the 19th Day of November in the
Year of Our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and Thirty two, severally &
personally came before me, John B. L. Skinner, Surrogate of said County Goerge
M. Beckwith and William F. Haile, and first being by me duly sworn did depose
and say that they severally saw Roswell Wilson deceased sign his name to the
instrument now showen to him.  These deponents which purports to be the last
will and testament of the said Roswell Wilson deceased and bearing Date the
twenty fourth Day of January in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight
hundred and Thirty two that they these Deponents heard the said Roswell wilson
declare the same to be his last Will and Testament and that they these
deponents did subscribe their respective names therunto as Witnesses at the
request of the said Roswell Wilson and that at the time thereof the said
Roswell wilson was of full age and sound disposing mind and memory and in all
respects competent to devise Real Estate and not under any restraint.
