In the Name of God, Amen.

I, Silas Aldridge of the town of Chazy in the County of Clinton and State of
New York being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my
last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say:

First
I give, devise and bequeath to my wife after paying all my debts and
liabilities, funeral expenses and erecting a suitable monument the use of all
my estate both Real and Personal during her natural life.

Second
After the death of my said Wife I give, devise and bequeath the use of all my
estate both Real and Personal to Sarah Mattie Aldridge, widow of my son
William H., lately deceased and Sarah A. Gifford during their life of the said
Sarah A. Gifford and after the decease of the said Sarah A. Gifford to the
said SArah Mattie Aldridge to her and her heirs forever.

Lastly
I do hereby nominate and appoint Milo F. Randall to be Executor of this my
last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 14th day of April
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety three.

The above instrument consisting of one sheet was a tthe date thereof, sealed,
published and declared by the said Silas Aldridge as and for his last Will and
Testament in presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the
presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
