Haynes, wife of Samuel Haynes of the town of Saranac of Clinton County State of New York mindful of the uncertainties of human life do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following -First- It is my request that the Executors of this instrument set aside of my personal estate the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars to be kept at interest, The interest received to be applied in payment of the premiums of a Life Insurance policy on the life of Wesley L. Collins, to myself. -Second- All the rest, residue and remainder of all my estate both real and personal including the first mentioned three hundred and fifty dollars at maturity of policy I give devise and bequeath to my sons Edwin F. and Wesley L. Collins to be equally divided between them and their heirs share and share alike, the child or children of a deceased child taking the share which his her or their parent would have taken if living. -Third- I hereby nominate and appoint my sons Edwin F. Collins and Wesley L. Collins the Executors of this my last will and testament and hereby authorize them to compound, compromise and settle any claim or demand which may be against or in favor of my said estate.
