I do also give and bequeath unto my second son Samuel Lamphare one promissory note which I hold against him for forty pounds and one promissory Note which I hold against Daniel Delong for the sum of eighty pounds. I further give and bequeath unto my three youngest sons Joshua Lamphere Junr. Reuben Lamphere and Richard Lamphere and my beloved Wife Anne Lamphere all my real Estate situate, lying and being in the town of Chatham County of Columbia and State aforesaid to hold and possess each then equal shares so long as she shall remain my widow then the reversion of the widow's share to be equally Divided between the three last mentioned sons. The People of the state of New York by the grace of God free and independent To all to whom these presents shall come or may concern Send Greeting Know Ye, That at Claverack in the County of Columbia on the [...] of the date thereof before Philip L. Hoffman Edquire Surrogate of our said County the last will and testament of Joshua Lamphere deceased (a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) was heard and is now approved and allowed of by us and the said deceased having whilst he lived and at the time of his death goods, chattels or credits in [...] this State by means whereof the proving and registering the said will and the granting administration of all and singular the goods chattels and credits and also the auditing allowing and final discharging the account thereof doth belong unto us, the Administration of all and singular the good chattels or credits of the said deceased and anyway concerning his will is granted unto John Humphys and Seth Searing Jenny the Executors in the said will named they being first duly sworn well and faithfully to administer the same and to make and exhibit a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the said goods chattels credits and also to render a just and true account thereof [...] thereunto required.
