But if I should go out of this world before May then I nor my heirs have no right or claim in ot to the crop in the ground. Furthermore I have got one hundred and twenty five pounds of old _____ money and all my lands and notes. And all the hard cash that I shall have by me at such a tyme when I have ther world ____ (NB) Now all these goods,money lands and notes mentioned in the fifth article of this my last Will shall be equally divided into four equal shares or parts. One share to go to my brother George LOWN for himself his heirs and assigns forever. One share is for Johannes Freeman son of Jacob Freeman, but Johannes Freemans brothers and sisters and his mother must go all share and share alike with him in his share. That is to say that they are alive at that time when it comes to his hands. Those that are dead are not to share any, nor their children are to share any item. One share is for David LOWN son of my brother Johannes LOWN, deceased, but David Lown must divide his share amongst himself and his brothers and sisters just like Johannes FREEMAN. But Davids mother is excepted she is not to share any item One share is to be equally divided amongst my brother Jacob LOWN deceased, children that are in life yet share and share alike, Those that are dead _____ ____ not share my (NB) shall not share any ___ (NB), but this is to be divided for the children of Jacob LOWN deceased have got already in ____ (this portion of the photocopy is impossible to read possible 8-10 words) fifteen pounds and two pence upon there share beforehand ____ and the children of Jacob LOWN all are to go share and share alike.
