Written: March 4 1845
Recorded: April 9 1866

In the name of God Amen, I Absalom Green of the town of Homer in the County of 
Cortland and state of New York being of sound and disposing mind memory & 
understanding do hereby make publish and declare my will & testament in manner
& form following,

First I order and direct that my executors hereinafter named pay all my just 
debts & funeral charges as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.

Second I give and devise & bequeath unto my wife Olive Green all my real & 
personal as aforesaid.

And I do hereby nominate & appoint Ebenezer Munger Jr & Samuel More of the
town of Preble in the County of Cortland & State of New York my executors of
this last will & testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand &
seal this 4th day of March AD 1845.

Signed, sealed published and declared by the testator of the last will and 
testament in the presence of us who at his request & in his presence & in the 
presence of each other have subscribed our names.
