I Catherine Whitlock of the town of Meredith County of Delaware and State of New 
York being of sound mind and memory do make, ordain, publish and declare this to 
be my last will and testament that is to say:

First: After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged I give, devise and 
bequeath unto my brother Mathew Quackenbush the sum of one thousand and three 
hundred dollars and also all of my right title and interest in and to lot No.13 
in the River Side Cemetery of Quconta

Second: I give and bequeath unto my sister Maria Guter all of the residue of my 
estate of every kind and nature. Likewise, I make constitute and appoint Emma J. 
Quackenbush to be executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking 
all former Wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my 
name and affixed my seal, the thirtieth day of April in the year of our Load one 
thousand eight hundred and seventy seven

The above instrument consisting of one sheet ... at the date thereof subscribed 
by Catherine Whitlock in the presence of us and each of us, she at the tie of 
making such subscription acknowledged that she made the same and declared the 
said instrument so subscribed by her to be her last Will and Testament Wherefore 
we then and there, at her request, and in her presence and the presence of each 
other subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

	Jacob Quackenbush residing at Meredith, Delaware Co. N.Y.

Additional Comments:
Catherine's maiden name was Quackenbush.  She was married Robert A. Whitlock
