Issam of Carmel, N.Y., Dr. Hissam of Melbourne and Joseph of Poughkeepsie, 
N.Y.; daughters, Najah Neishwat of Carmel, N.Y., Nawal Sayegh of  Carmel, 
N.Y.,  Hayam Salty of Middletown, N.Y., Hayat Nesheiwat of Umatilla, Margaret 
Kakish of Poughkeepsie, N.Y. and Juliet Quqish of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; two 
sisters, Jaleela Neishiwat of California, and Nagela Neishiwat of Yonkers, 
N.Y.; 45 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a housewife and attended the St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church.
