In the name of God, Amen, this twenty-fifth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty I Cook Howland of Beekmans Precinct in Dutchess County and Province of New York wheal wright do hereby make and ordain this my last will and testament in the following manner and form. Item – I give to my daughter Deborah five shillings Item – I give to my daughter Lydia ten pounds all hard money of New York currency Item – I give to my four grand children, namely Charles, Benjamin, George, and Seneca ten pounds each as for the remainder of my estate goods chattels and personal estate whatsoever I give to my son Charles and I do hereby constitute andn ordain him whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament I do hereby dissolve and annul and make void all other wills legases and bequeaths at any time before this willed or bequeathed ratefieing and confirm this and no other to be my last will and testament in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day above written - Cook Howland.
