The last paragraph of this one is more complete than that at AA-109. ) In the name of God, Amen, I William Howland of the Oblong, Dutchess County and State of New York being weak of body yet of sound and perfect mind understanding & memory do constitute this my last Will and Testament and desire it may be received by all as such I most humbly bequeath my soul to God most holy and Gracious to prepare me for the time of my dissolution and then to take me to himself into that peace and rest and incomparable Felicity which He has prepared for all that love Him and fear Him and his holy name Amen. I give my body to the earth from whence it came in full assurance of its resurrection from thence at the last day. As for my burial I desirous it may be deceant and leave it at the discretion of my dear beloved Wife and my executors hereinafter named who I doubt not will manage it with all requisite prudence as to my Worldly Estate. I Will and positively order that all my debts be paid . First I give my dear and beloved Wife One Hunting saddle in fee simple for ever likewise give and bequeath to my said Wife the use and Milk of one cow as long as she remains my Widow beside her dowry. I give and bequeath all my real and personal Bstate Barnabus Howland and my daughter Densiler Howland to be equally divided amongst them both I do constitute and appoint my true and worthy friends Gersham Wing and Daniel Rowe to be my Executors of this my last Will and Testament and Trustees for my wife and children. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21st day of May in the year A.D. 1788.
