Recipients and relation to deceased: Margrett Cinceboe, wife Andrew Cinceboe, son (under age 21 as of 25 March 1781) Eave Cinceboe, daughter Phillip's other children unnamed Wife Margrett's children unnamed Spelling has been left as is; it is much better in the probate Last Will and Testament Transcription: In the Name of God Amen the Twenty Fift Day of March AD 1781 I Phillip Cinceboe of Beekmans precinct in Dutches County and State of New York yoman beaing weak in Body but of perfect mind and Memorry thanks be to God for the same But calling unto mind the Mortality of my Body and Knowing that it is appointed for all men one to Die do make and ordain this My last Will and Testament that is to say principally and first of all I Give and recomend my soul unto God that Gave it; and my Body I recomend to the Earth to be buried in a decent Christiant Lik maner at the Discretion of my Executors And as touching sutch Life I Give Devise and dispose of the same in the following Manner and form Item I positively order that all my just debts be first discharged and paid Item I Give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margret Cinceboe one Black Man and side saddle and bridle & one good bead and beading (^) furniture and to have the full possession of the farm. I [illegible] the time she Remains my widdow or until my son Andrew Sincerbie shall arise to the age of twenty one years at which time it is my will and desiar that my son Andrew Cinceboe shall have the Lands I now live on with one G[?] of H[?] wagon & set of Grain and to have no other part in my movable estate. My Negro [illegible] is to work on the farm under the discretion of my wife Margret and my son Andrew during his Good Behavior and willing to Live with them.
