And as to such Worldly Estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me, I give and dispose of the same in the following manner. First, I will and direct that all my just debts and funeral charges be first paid by my said Executors out of my personal Estate. Item I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Sarah Two Cows with ___. Item I give and bequeath unto my sons Benjamin McCabe and Matthew McCabe all my Real Estate to be divided between them as they may agree, but it is to be understood that my son Matthew is to have the Homested. To have and to hold to them their heirs and assigns forever, subject nevertheless to my wife's right of Dower in the same. And as to my out standing debts and Moveable Estate I order the same to be turned into cash and disposed of as soon as conveniently may be in the following Order. First, after deducting my funeral Expenses and debts which I owe I give and bequeath unto the children of Stephen McCabe deceased the sum of seventy-five dollars to them their heirs and assigns forever. Then I give unto my Daughters at Quemans Patten namely Elizabeth Lamareux, Lidia Miller, Mary Williams and Rhoda Buckbee and to their Resptive heirs and Assigns forever the sum of Thirty seven Dollars and fifty cents each. And as to the Residue of my personal Estate if any I Order the same to be Equally divided between my sons and Daughters and the survivors of them. And, Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint my sons Benjamin and Matthew McCabe Executors of this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all former and other Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made.
