And I do also hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my afroesaid son Jacobus VAN ETTEN all my real estate together with all the messuages, lands, tenements and herditaments which I now possess in fee simple and situate lying & being in the town county & state afroesaid to have, hold and enjoy, all the aforesaid divers premises with every thing thereunto belonging to him his heirs and assigns forever. I do hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter Clara the wife of Peter SCHRIVER to her, her heris, executors administrators and assigns the sum of thirty pounds to be paid by my aforesaid son Jacobus VAN ETTEN his heris, executors or administrators. And I do hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter Rebecca the wife of John WILLIAMS to her, her heris & assigns the sum of thirty pounds to be apid to her by my aforesaid son Jacobus VAN ETTEN his heirs, executors & administrators. And I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to the heirs of my daughter Laya decd the sum of thirty p[ounds] to be by them equally divided and if they should die without issue [?] it is my will & desire that the aforesaid sum should go back to my children herein before mentioned to them their heirs and assigns to be by them equally divided. And it is also my will and desire that all my personal estate be equally divided amongst my children & also the heirs of my daughter Laya each share & share alike. And lastly it is my will and desire that the legacies herein before devised and bequeathed be paid to my aforesaid children or to their heris executors or administrators within three years after my decease. And I do hereby nominate and appoint my son Jacobus VAN ETTEN, Peter SCHRIVER and John WILLIAMS executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former will & wills by me heretofore made.
