First and principally I reccomend my precious and immortal soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it to my hoping for pardon and remission of sin through the merrits of Jesus Christ my only saviour and redeemer and my body I commit to the earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my wife and Executors herein after named and as to such wordly estate wherewith it hath pleased Gods bless me with I give desire and dispose of in manner and form following "Imprimis" I will that all my just debts and funeral charges be well and truely paid and not withstanding at a convenient time after my decease. Item: I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Sara E. Ellsworth the interest arising from my estate yearly both real and personal for the maintenance as long as she lives and after her decease I give and bequeath onto Ahasuerus Ellsworth Peters, son of Hewlit Peters one hundred pounds to him, his heirs and assigns forever. Item: I give and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal to my sisters son Doctor George Gibbappy and to his heirs and assigns forever. And lastlee I do hereby nominate constitute and append Abel Peters, Jesse Oakley and Hewlitt Peters Executors of my last will and testament by hereby undoing all other wills and testaments by me at this time heretofore made declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament.
