That is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hands of God that gave it, and for my body. I recommend it to the Earth to be buried in a Christian like and decent manner at the Discretion of my Executors hereafter named, and Doubting but at the General Resurrection I shall _____ the same again by the mighty Power of God and as touching such worldly estate where with it hath pleased God to bless me with, in this, I give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form, _______ it is my will and I do order that in the first place all my just debts and Funeral Charges be paid and satisfied. Item, I give Bequeath unto my Dearly beloved wife Susan Thirty five Pounds a year so long as she shall remain my widow, likewise I give to my said wife Susan all my household furniture of every description with one good milk cow for her to do with as she may please, the above I give to my said wife in lieu of her dower. Item, I give unto my youngest son Joseph Two hundred pounds over and above his part of my estate for to be put out at Interest for his education and support and should he want to draw upon the principal he shall have full power so to do. Item I give to my son William Two hundred pounds over and above his part of my estate to be ______ to him when my real property is sold. Likewise I give to my son William a pair of ______ horses with plow and tackling and a half a dozen sheep & a heiffir. Item, I give to my daughter Sally the wife of Daniel Ostrom Forty pounds for her full portion of my estate and she is to have no more from my estate. Item, give to my son Abraham, to my son Myndut, to my son James, to my son Francis, to my son William, and to my son Joseph all the residue of my estate to be equally divided to them when my estate is ____ which my Executors herein after mentioned may do in Twelve months after my death and the ________ _____ ____ ______ in my wifes and my son Williams ______ for their equal benefit till sold, the stock now on my farm to remain on said farm for my wife and my son Williams yuse and then to be sold and the amount to be divided to the before named excepting my Daughter Sally wife of Daniel Ostrom, and I do hereby constitute and appoint my said beloved wife Susan my son Abraham and my friend Philip Lee to be the Executors, of this my last will and Testament ratifying this and no other to be my last will and testament.
