COUNTY COURT, ERIE COUNTY--To Lucy Case, Nehemiah Case,
Squire S. Case, George B. Turner and Harriet his wife,
Mary Jane Munroe, Anson W. Keith, Morell C. Keith,
Elizabeth Ross, Lora M. Wells, William Hanson, William
Woodruff, and Cynthia his wife, Defendants:--You are
hereby summoned to answer the complaint of Thomas Adams,
Administrator of the goods and chattels of James Oliver,
deceased plaintiff, which complaint was filed in the 
office of the Clerk of the county of Erie on the 15th
day of January, 1852, and to serve a copy of your 
answer upon us, at our office in the city of Buffalo,
within twenty days after the service of this summons
upon you, exclusive of the day of service; and further
take notice, that if you fail to answer said complaint
as hereby required, the plaintiff will apply to the \
court for the relief demanded in the complaint.
