PITCHFORK IN HIS EYE 

Titusville Man Runs Against a Fork in the Dark - Is Already Blind In One Eye 
(Special to the evening news) 

Abraham Gerson went to his barn Saturday evening to do some chores. Leaving his lantern
outside, he entered the barn, and as he did so, stumbled and fell against a pitchfork, one of
the prongs entering his right eye, causing a wound which will problbly destroy his sight. Mr.
Gerson is already blind in his left eye.
