In the matter of the application of Nellie J. Crotty, as administratrix of the estate of Edward
Hughes, deceased, for authority to dispose of the real property of said Edward Hughes,
deceased, for the payent of his debts and funeral expenses. Notice is hereby given that the
balance remaining of the proceeds of the sale of the real estate of Edward Hughes, deceased,
lately made under the order of the Surrogate of the county of Erie by Nellie J. Crotty,
administratrix of the estate of the said Edward Hughes, deceased, will be distributed by the
said Surrogate among the creditors of the said deceased in proportion of their respective
debts, according to law, at the Surrogate's office in Buffalo, Erie country, New York, on the
25th day of October, 1897, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
