Frame, Charles Edgar 88 of Lilburn, GA, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2004. He was born September 29, 1916 in Pitcairn, PA, the son of the late Frederick and Edna Frame. In the early 1920's he moved to Buffalo, NY. In his nearly sixty years in Western New York, Chuck was active in community affairs, serving on the Town of Tonawanda planning board and in several positions within the Republican Party. Chuck also served his community through his active leadership at St. Mark's Episcopal Church and the Master Builder Masonic Lodge #911 in Kenmore, NY. Chuck retired from CCH Publishing in the mid 1970's and spent a year traveling the US with his wife Betty before settling in Venice, FL. He and Betty moved to the Atlanta area ten years ago. Chuck served in the US Navy in the Pacific during World War II. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Betty Boyett Frame, his son and daughter-in-law Charles D. Frame and Marty Frame, as well as by two granddaughters, Liz and Hannah Frame. Details of memorial services in Atlanta and Buffalo will be announced at a later date.
