He was born June 26, 1957, in Buffalo, NY, the son of Richard and Viola Glenn Helm. He was raised in West Seneca and his occupation, a carpenter by trade, brought him to California, then Keokuk. He married Terri Clark on June 22, 1991, in Keokuk. He moved to West Virginia from Keokuk and then to Ionia, MI, three months ago. He loved his occupation and playing golf. He was a Buffalo Sabres Hockey fan and an avid Buffalo Bills fan! He enjoyed taking pictures and videos of his children and since moving to Michigan was looking forward to bass fishing. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Hedgesville, WV.
