Ketch Jr., Victor James Age 69, died suddenly, Wednesday, August 17, 2005 from injuries sustained as a result of a fall at his residence in Odessa, FL. He was born November 19, 1935 and was the son of the late Victor Ketch, Sr. and Stella (Salek) Ketch. Mr. Ketch was born and raised in North Tonawanda, NY and graduated from North Tonawanda High School. He then served in the U.S. Army as a helicopter pilot. After being discharged from the Army, he owned and operated Ketch Shows for 26 years, traveling Western New York with his amusement rides. He was a member of the International Independent Showman's Association. He also was a member of the Operating Engineers of Buffalo, NY. After retiring, Mr. Ketch worked part time in real estate and other brokerage. He also worked as a private investigator. His hobbies included flying small aircraft, boating and general handyman work.
