Henderson Sr., Roger A. Passed away on March 20, 2005 in Riverside, California at the age of 67. Roger was the son of the late Catherine and William Henderson. He was born in North Tonawanda, NY on November 22, 1937 and lived in the Town of Tonawanda, NY. Roger attended Kenmore (West) High School. He joined the Army in 1955 and was stationed in South Korea, Okinawa, and Japan. He was honorably discharged in 1958. Roger married his childhood friend Janice Travis in May 1960. They had three sons. He moved to the Los Angeles area of California with his family in 1963. He worked at The Chrysler Corp. and later was in the Construction trade. His wife Janice, died in September 1981. Roger married the former Gretchen Johnson (nee Bush) of Tonawanda, NY in 1986. She passed away in March 1988. Roger became an avid bicyclist after surviving a severe heart attack in 1989. He completed biking trips of 10, 20, 30 miles or more on a regular basis. He participated in the biking event of the Los Angeles marathon 3 times, always finishing with respectable times. Roger built and repaired his own bikes. Roger is survived by his sons Roger Jr. (Debbie), Richard (Janet) and Ronald (Satina) and his brothers William Jr. (Maria) and Arthur (Loyda). His sister, Jacqueline Rodriguez (nee Henderson), passed away in January 1986. Roger had four grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. His family will miss him very much. Tomasello, Judith Age 63 of Houston, TX., passed away May 6, 2005. She was born November 18, 1941 in Buffalo, NY to Norman and Lilian Fridmann; Judith attended Riverside High and spent two years at Buffalo State Rice University. She was married to Salvatore Tomasello for 22 years. Judith was a loving mother. Throughout her career she worked at Ma Bell Telephone Cp., The Buffalo elementary school systems, and vice president of sales in the software industry. She was a member of St. Laurence Catholic Church, the Professional Woman's Business Assoc. and the HP 3000 Society. Judith loved the arts, traveling, gardening and shopping. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and six precious grandchildren. Judith was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Lillian Fridmann; and husband of 16 years, Steve Steger. She is survived by her son, Mark Tomasello; her daughter Constance Michiels; her brother Tom Fridmann; and her loving companion of 9 years, Kenneth Williams of New Orleans, LA. Judith was an amazing mother of great strength and love. We celebrate her life with the same passion that she embraced it. A Memorial Mass will be held in Sugar Land, TX.
