Daniel Hollenbeck-Last Will Testament

I, Daniel Hollenbeck, of the town of Ellicott County and State of New
York, aged 78 years, being of sound, mind and memory, considering the
uncertainty of this frail and transitory (?) life, do make and order and
publish this my last Will Testament in manner and form as follows: 
1st - My beloved wife Phebe is to have her living and support during her
life out of my said Estate. Also, my household goods, that may remain
(?). My said wife may dispose of as she may ___ to do.
2nd - I give and bequeath (?) unto each of my children evenly. Polly Ann
Clark of Pennsylvania, Merril Hollenbeck of the State of Iowa, Ashley
Hollenbeck of Iowa, Phoebe Lown of Charlotte NY and Nancy Mason of State
of Michigan one thousand dollars ($1000) each which sums my Executors
herein after ___ are requested to pay as soon as the same may be
collected from my Estate or within five years from my decease. These
legacys (?) are subject to payments herefore made to them for which they
my said children have given ___ several receipts for.
3rd - I hereby give and bequeath unto George Hollenbeck, Laura
Hollenbeck, children of Washington Hollenbeck (my late son and deceased)
one hundred dollars ($100) each to be paid unto them when they shall
arrive at the age of twenty one years (21). (No interest to be allowed).
4th - At the decease of my said wife and after all of the legacies as
above named are paid and my Estate shall be settled ? by my said
Executors and all expenses have been paid, whatever
may remain of my Estate, my request and desire is that it be divided
equally between Polly Ann Clark, Phoebe Lown, Merril Hollenbeck, Ashley
Hollenbeck, Nancy Mason, Daniel Hollenbeck Jr and Thomas Hollenbeck share
and share alike.
5th - I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Phebe Hollenbeck and my son
in law Sebastian Lown executors of this, my last Will Testament.

The above written instrument consisting of our ___ was subscibed by the
said Daniel Hollenbeck in our presence and acknowledged by him to be his
last Will Testament and ___ his request and in his presence and in the
presence of each other have signed our name as witnesses there to:

Emily H Fenton of Ellicott Chautauqua Co, NY

Recorded the foregoing (?) last Will Testament of Daniel Hollenbeck
deceased and compared the same this ___ day of Januray 1872.
