Brady, late of Franklin, deceased. Surrogates Court} Franklin County} WILL In the name of God Amen I, Louisa Jane. Brady, of Franklin, in the County of Franklin and State of New York, of the age of eighty-two years and being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and Testament in manner following, that is to say: First: I give and bequeath to Jennie Gussephus Morehouse, a daughter of Mary Elizabeth Morehouse all the proceeds from the sale of my personal estate after my funeral expenses have been paid. Second: I give and bequeath to the said Jennie Gussephus Morehouse aforesaid now living in the town of Harrietstown in the County of Franklin in the State of New York: All that tract or parcel of land situate in the town and County of Franklin and State of New York: it being a part of Lot A: 284 in town county and state aforesaid and in township ten of old Military tract and founded as follows, commencing at the south east corner of the south east quarter of said lot, thence south 79 degrees east along the center of the highway twenty six rods and seventeen links to stake and stones: thence north 2 « degrees east thirty rods to stake and stones; thence north 79 degrees west twenty six rods and seventeen links to stake and stones, thence south 2 « degrees west thirty rods to place of beginning containing five acres of land, more or less together with all the heriditaments? And appurtenances the executor belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold the premises above described to the said Jennie Gussephus Morehouse, her heirs and assign forever. And I do hereby appoint John P. Mulligan of the town and county of Franklin and State of New York, sole executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th day of February in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and ninety four.
