   I Mary La Claire of town of Moira, Franklin County, N.Y. being of sound
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament as follows:

First: I direct my executor to pay all my lawful debts and funeral expenses.

Second: I give, devise and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my
property of every name and nature, that I may have at time of my death to
Julius La Claire my son, Lucy La Claire wife of my said son, and Mary Dustin
my daughter, share and share alike.

Third: The above legacy is given subject to the following condition.

   That my executor pay the necessary travelling expenses of my son Joseph La
Claire in coming to attend my funeral.

   I hereby appoint my son, Julius La Claire sole executor of this my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made, giving him
power to deed real estate.

   In witness whereof I have set set my hand this 1st day of August 1901.

   The above instrument was at the date thereof signed by the testatrix Mary
La Claire by making her mark in our presence. She at the same time declared
the same to be her Last Will and Testament and acknowledged that she signed
her name to the same, and requested us to sign our names as witnesses, which
we do in her presence and in the presence of each other.
