Second: I give, devise and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my property of every name and nature, that I may have at time of my death to Julius La Claire my son, Lucy La Claire wife of my said son, and Mary Dustin my daughter, share and share alike. Third: The above legacy is given subject to the following condition. That my executor pay the necessary travelling expenses of my son Joseph La Claire in coming to attend my funeral. I hereby appoint my son, Julius La Claire sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made, giving him power to deed real estate.
