     I, Louisa Morgan of Brushton, N.Y being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament.

     First, I direct all my lawful debts to be paid.

     Second, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Eliza Dapree now
living at Springfield, Mass. all the residue and remainder of my property of
whatever name and nature, after my debts are paid and funeral expenses paid.

     Third, I hereby appoint my said daughter Eliza Dapree executrix of this
my last Will and Testament, giving her full power to sell and convey real
estate.

     To witness whereof, I have set my hand this 9th day of October 1908.

     The above instrument was at the time it bears date signed by the
testatrix Louisa Morgan in our presence, she at same time declare dthe same to
be her Last Will and Testament and requested us to sign our names thereto as
witnesses, which we do in her presence and in the presence of each other.
