LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, Rosalla Tucker of the town of Bellmont in the County of Franklin and State 
of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare 
this my last Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say:

First - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.

Second - I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved son, Isaac Tucker, of 
Bellmont, Franklin County, New York, with whom I have resided for many years, 
all my property of whatsoever name or nature and wherever situated, and in 
what form soever whether real or personal the same shall be at the time of my 
death, or in what form soever any part of said property may then be.  This 
includes all my right to and interest in and title to a certain claim and the 
chattel, mortgage securing the same, mortgage is for $1134.00 and was given 
by Judson D. Santimore of Chateaugay, N.Y., on a butter factory and contents 
at that place May 19, 1906, which mortgage named said Isaac Tucker and myself 
as mortgagees.

Lastly, I hereby appoint my said son, Isaac Tucker of Bellmont, Franklin 
Country, New York, sole executor of this, my last will and testament hereby 
revoking all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name the 6 day of July, in 
the year One thousand nine hundred and six.

We, whose names are hereto subscribed, do certify that on the 6 day of July 
1906 Rosalla Tucker, of Bellmont, Franklin County, New York, the testator, 
subscribed her name to this instrument in our presence and in the presence of 
each of us, and at the same time, in our presence and hearing, declared the 
same to be her last will and testament, and requested us, and each of us, to 
sign our names thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof, which we hereby 
do in the presence of the testator and of each other, on the said date, and 
write opposite our names our respective places of residence.
