Second: - I give to my wife the use of all my estate both real and personal for the term of her natural life. Third: - At the death of my said wife I give and devise my estate as follows : A. To my son John my building situate on West Main Street in Malone Village and known as the “Tulley Block.” B. To my children Mary Lynch, Catherine McCafferty, Lydia Tulley, John Tulley and James Tulley, I give each an equal one seventh (1/7) of the remainder of my estate after the gift to my son John as aforesaid. C. To Marjorie Tulley, Mary Tulley, Walter Tulley and Harold Tulley, children of my deceased son William Tulley, I give a one seventh of my said estate to be divided equally among them being the share to which their father would have been entitled had he lived. D. To my son Barney Tulley, I give the use of one seventh of my estate for the term of his natural life. Lastly, I hereby appoint K.M. Marshall, of Malone, N.Y. executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name the 17th day of Mch. in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred six. John Tully We, whose names are hereto subscribed, do certify, that John Tulley, the testator, subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us, and at the same time, in our presence and hearing, declared the same to be his last Will and Testament, and re-quested us, and each of us, to sign our names thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof, which we hereby do in the presence of the testator and of each other, on the day of the date of the said Will, and write opposite our names our respective places of residence.
